What we cover

Card names, sets, collector numbers and images come from Scryfall, and they are real. While we are in Demo Mode only a curated slice of that catalogue carries prices — 671 printings, across 2 shops that are made up.

Everything else about the site is the finished product: the search, the card pages, the condition and finish rules, and the optimiser that splits an order between shops to keep the delivered total down.

The shops and every number attached to them. Prices, stock counts, card conditions and delivery rates are generated by us. They are stable rather than random, so the same deck prices the same way twice, but they are invented. Nothing on this site can be bought.

The two demo shops are labelled (synthetic) everywhere they appear, including in a result and on the page you reach by continuing to one.

We also hold older listings from 2 real shops we once read. Those are kept in our own records and withheld from search, card pages and baskets completely. A price we cannot refresh through a route the shop has agreed to is not a price we will quote.

• Not a real price or a real stock level. Every amount, quantity, condition and delivery rate here is synthetic.
• Not proof a card is available in the UK. Demo availability exists to exercise the search, nothing more.
• Not the cheapest price in the UK. A result is the cheapest we found among the shops we hold — which today are fictional, and in future will never be every shop.
• Not a claim that any shop takes part. The shops shown are fictional, and no real retailer has endorsed, partnered with or supplied DeckBasket.
• Not a price trend. Generated values are not measurements, so nothing here can tell you a card is rising, falling or a good deal against its own past.
• Not a mock-up either. The comparison you run is the real one. Only what it is fed is invented.
